4.1 Service Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of services (such as Call Answering, Virtual Office, etc.) appearing on the Website are correct. However, we do not warrant that service descriptions are error-free.

 

4.2 Acceptance of Orders

All orders for services are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms the service has been activated (“Confirmation Email”). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Confirmation Email.

 

4.3 Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in Euro (€).

  • Prices include VAT at the applicable rate (currently 23%) unless explicitly stated as “ex VAT”.

  • Total costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout or contract signing process.

 

5. Payment

We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and bank transfer.

  • For ongoing services (e.g., monthly call answering subscriptions), payment is due in accordance with the billing cycle selected during sign-up.

  • You confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.

 

6. Delivery of Services

  • Activation: Services are considered “delivered” once your account is set up and the service is live (e.g., we are ready to answer calls on your behalf).

  • Timescales: We aim to activate services within the timeframe specified upon order (often within 24 hours), but we are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

 

7. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Irish law, you have the right to cancel your contract within a “cooling-off” period.

 

7.1 Cooling-Off Period

You have 14 calendar days from the day the contract is concluded (i.e., the day you sign up) to cancel without giving any reason.

 

7.2 Waiver of Cooling-Off Period for Immediate Start

If you request us to begin the performance of services (e.g., start answering your calls) during the 14-day cancellation period, you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. If you cancel after we have started the service but before it is completed, you must pay us an amount proportional to the service provided up to the time you communicated your cancellation.

 

7.3 How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly by email at info@kbell.ie or by post to Kandoy House, 2 Fairview Strand, Dublin 3.

 

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

While we strive to ensure our call answering and virtual services are available 24/7 (or as per your specific package), we cannot guarantee that the Website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free due to the nature of the internet and telecommunications networks.

 

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, K. Bell Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, loss of business, or depletion of goodwill) arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

 

9. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)
