Kendlebell is an award-winning provider of customer contact solutions for the SME sector in Ireland, with over 20 years of experience. Background Information

Kendlebell was established in June 2006 after the founders identified a niche for a quality outsourcing solution provider for SME businesses in Ireland. Kendlebell set up their first office in Fairview, Dublin 3 but since then, further franchises have been setup in Kimmage, Naas and South Dublin.

The difference between Kendlebell and other providers is the very personalised nature of the business,the quality of the Kendlebell team and the dynamic and innovative tracking systems. All of our Customer Care Agents are highly trained to enable them to supply a quality service to our clients. This involves systems training, call answering technique and a detailed level of training to become familiar with each of our clients individual requirements. All our agents are highly fluent English speakers who possess excellent communication skills. They are trained to go over and above for our clients, often becoming very familiar with our clients and, more importantly, their customers.
