Tom - Call Answering Service ProviderThis year we are celebrating 15 years in business. We are delighted to have grown to 4 offices and survived the many challenges thrown at all business over the last few years. We like many companies have adopted to the hybrid working model and indeed our service model has assisted many businesses survive and thrive with remote working and staff relocating.
Kendlebell have been awarded for the second time, the All Ireland Business All Stars award, and we are very proud of that achievement. We will shortly be undertaking a customer survey to see how we can further improve our services to you and explore new services to match the changing needs of the market. We hope you will take part and assist us with this project.

15 years providing phone answering and call answering


Celebrating 15 years of Kendlebell

Where has the time flown? We started with 3 staff and no customers and now as a group we have 4 offices, 42 staff and over 1,000 customers. Tom and his partner at the time had a gem of an idea to provide an answering service, mainly for trades and builders, who were too busy to answer their phones or were on site doing the vital work. That was in June 2006 and by the end of the first year there were 50 customers. read more

2 in a row – Business All – Stars Accreditation

Kendlebell are delighted to receive Business All-Star Accreditation for a second year. Our team has been very busy over the last 8 weeks working with the All-Ireland Business Foundation to achieve our Business All-Star Accreditation Certificate. As it is our second time going through the process, we knew the standards we needed to upkeep to be accredited again. We are very proud to have accomplished this outstanding achievement as it recognises the continued hard work and dedication of our team in providing a best in class service to our customers. read more

Meet Michelle our Office Manager

Right from the start of her career at Kendlebell, Michelle showed strong leadership qualities, a great ability to learn quickly, and a keen focus on customer care. So, it was no surprise she quickly rose through the ranks to become Office manager. Michelle is responsible for managing and rostering all the staff and more recently managing the hybrid work environment we have here in Kendlebell. Michelle runs all office operations and IT. She manages the Key Accounts and all customer queries. While she is on hand to advise on their telephone issues, more recently the queries are about remote working and those logistics for our customers. read more.
