Kendlebell are delighted to announce we won 2 awards at the Irish Franchise Association Awards on Friday 21st April 2023. We retained the Service Franchise of the Year award that we won last year and in addition, our franchisee in Naas, under the guidance of Tony Clarke together with his team won a Franchisee of the Year award for the first time in Kendlebell’s history.
We are incredibly grateful to all our staff and franchisees who have worked tirelessly to ensure the success of Kendlebell Group. It is their hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence that has enabled us to achieve this recognition. These awards are a testament to the Kendlebell team’s continued pursuit of excellence in customer service, innovation, and leadership in the franchise industry.
The independent panel of judges heard our story which is based on our core “Pillars” – Represent | Cost Effective | Support. We truly put our customers at the centre of operation. We are very conscious that our customers have customers who need instant telephone support and that is our focus.
Kendlebell is constantly evolving, and our newest service Live Chat is attracting lots of attention. The Price Calculator is a unique feature that Kendlebell is very proud of.
