Managing Director – Kendlebell Group
Paul is the Managing Director and owner of Kendlbell Ireland. He has a BA in Accountancy & Finance as well ICT qualifications.
Before Kendlebell, Paul setup and managed multiple franchise businesses in the Food and beauty Industry. He spent 20 years working in senior positions within large corporate companies such as Vodafone, AIB & the CIF. Paul owns the master Franchise for Kendlebell in Ireland as well as being MD of Kendlebell in Fairview.
Michelle started in Kendlebell in November 2010 as a PA. Michelle has proven to be outstanding in all areas of customer service, with a great ability to learn quickly. Right from the start, she showed good leadership qualities and was promoted to Assistant Manager in November 2011 and Office Manager in March 2015. Michelle is responsible for managing the staff and providing a quality service to our clients.
All of our Personal Assistants ( PAs) are highly trained to enable them to supply a quality service to our clients. This involves systems training, call answering technique and a detailed level of training to become familiar with each of our clients individual requirements. All PAs are natural English speakers, usually from Ireland. They are trained to go over and above for our clients, often becoming very familiar with our clients and, more importantly, their customers. They often act as the front face of our clients to their customers and , therefore, need to be friendly and efficient when answering our client’s calls.
