How does it work?

For the messaging service, a Kendlebell PA will answer your calls with your company name and take the caller’s name, number, and a brief message. These messages will be emailed to you daily at the close of business and you can decide whether to review while on holiday or at the end of the holiday.

To provide a booking service we need to know what is already booked. If you already use an online diary, we will need access. We will ensure that your diary is kept completely up to date, dealing with new appointments, cancellations or change of time / date of other appointments daily while you enjoy your holiday.
When making a booking we take a full name and telephone number, and email address for you to follow up as needed later.
If your client wants you to contact them urgently, we will take name and number and a brief message and pass on to you immediately if that is your instruction.

Diary cover

If you provide secure access, we would be delighted to take calls that require an appointment or if someone needs to cancel, we can rebook them while you are away. At the end of the holiday, you can view your diary, with lots of new bookings in it, and we also send the messages to you to see that you are earning while on holidays and not miss those revenue calls!

If the call is a potential new client, we can also book them in with your permission, so business carries on as normal.
