CALL PATCH CLIENT (TAKE A MESSAGE IF BRANCH IS CLOSED)

Call Procedure:

There are 15 Pitman Branches in Ireland. All calls come though on the one phone number so we need to confirm which branch the caller needs.

Each branch has its own Kendcomm account. Each Account has two contacts – New Enquiry and Admin.

Any caller making a first call about a course is sent as a New Enquiry, everything else is sent as Admin. The number we phone and the email address are the same for both of the contacts. There are 2 contacts for reporting purposes.

TAKE THE FOLLOWING DETAILS:

  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Course of interest
  • Email address

Check the branches opening hours (see below). If the branch is open transfer the call through, if close advise caller they will get a call back.

Log Kendcomm message with details, confirm if call was transferred or if a call back is required.
